This juicy rosé jelly blends layers of strawberry and watermelon with a hint of raspberry and grapefruit, for a refreshing wine jelly. With a great balance between sweet and sour notes, it fully delivers on the profile of a Provencal style with a refreshing (thanks to its high acidity) yet creamy finish. We use a captivating blend of three distinct grapes, with the dark fruit flavors of Syrah, the brambly spice of Zinfandel, and the smooth elegance of Merlot. This leads to aromas of rose petals and honey that open to reveal notes of dark cherry, black raspberry, and ripe strawberry on a clean mouthfeel. The finish is long with a burst of watermelon at the end.
